The following is a informal description of a "AlphaMaids Inc.", a cleaning 
business in the Miami area of south Florida.
  I am the President/Owner of Alpha Maids Inc., Lecy Lizarazu and this  
presentation is being created by my Administrative Assistant, Howard 
Ollman.
  AlphaMaids Inc. has been in the Miami area of south Florida a little over 
eleven years since 24JAN1994, the good performance and quality or our work 
given by ALPHA MAIDS Inc. during these past 11 years have allowed us to obtain a 
faithful portfolio of clients for our company.
  Our Company carries out the service of cleaning in offices and in 
residences, our primary goal is to give excellence in how all of our 
clients are dealt with, always in a professional manner, including the 
highest level of service of cleaning, so that our clients are satisfied 
and remain with ALPHAMAIDS Inc.
In addition, it is of the utmost importance to emphasize that our company 
stresses the fact that all of our employees have the ability and qualities 
to have the highest level of professionalism, honest and ability to work 
with all types of cleaning equipment.

I assure you that by choosing ALPHAMAIDS Inc. as your cleaning company, you are 
choosing the best and my hope is that you give us a chance to prove this 
to be true.

THE PAST AND WAS ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I ALWAYS FOUND THEY HAD NOT 
DUSTED WELL. LECY AND HER HELPER DID NOT LEAVE ANY UNDUSTED AREAS. SOME OF 
THESE SERVICES ALSO REQUIRE YOU TO USE THEM AT LEAST EVERY TWO WEEKS, BUT 
LECY DOES NOT PUSH YOU INTO ANY CONTRACT SO YOU CAN JUST CALL HER WHEN YOU 
NEED THEM. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!"

have an infant and a 3year old. 2 maids worked in unison. It was a relief 
not to have to show the person how to work the machines or anything like 
that and that they brought all they're own supplies. I needed a really 
good scrubbing and they moved everything. There were lots of things going 
on here that day and they just did they're job. It feels like the house 
took a hot bath. And they were on time."

impressed, they never stopped working and gave the house a through 
cleaning beyond my imagination. I was also surprised they brought their 
own supplies which was great because they were familiar with them. These 
were sweet, polite, and trustworthy young women. I loved that they could 
speak English which made communications easy for me. I wish I could afford 
to have them every week but will gladly settle for every other week. It 
was well worth the price. These are hard working gals and they earned 
their pay. Such a difference having hired professionals this time."
